A mistake may cost you time but it will teach you not to make it again so you don’t lose money. 21 plus years in this industry working for chef and other companies to now. Have the opportunity to make bigger decisions and grow our business. One of my favourite things through my years is meet celebrities, athletes, entrepreneurs, business owners, etc all in one community called the summit. These relationships will always be kept to me because in a kitchen you don’t learn this at all no chef will teach you that. No restaurant will say go build relationships with the guest because most likely you won’t ever seem again. But now that I’m party of this new business I get to use those contacts for our business.
