ABOUT JAVIER CASTRO

I am an Engineer specializing in medical products with over eight years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes for medical devices in cleanroom environments. My focus is on driving quality, efficiency, and compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.Throughout my career, I have held roles such as Manufacturing Engineer, Senior Process Engineer, Project Engineer, Sr. Product Transfer Engineer, and Senior Engineering Project Coordinator. I bring hands-on expertise in multiple production technologies, including Radio Frequency (RF), Pad Printing, Catheter Bonding, Catheter Fusing (manual and semi-automated), and Ultrasonic Welding. I have successfully contributed to projects in process improvement, production line transfers, problem-solving, and leading teams by coaching and developing talent.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering in Automation and Control from Instituto Tecnológico de Tijuana (2018). I am passionate about applying my engineering skills to create innovative and impactful solutions for the medical device industry. Always eager to learn new technologies and collaborate with diverse teams, my goal is to deliver value to customers and stakeholders while continuing to grow both professionally and personally.
