I’m a highly motivated and skilled IT professional with a strong foundation in cybersecurity, networking, and technical support. I currently serve as the lead IT technician at Seismic Security, where I manage all aspects of IT infrastructure for both our company and our clients. My responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting systems such as surveillance software, alarms, computer networks, and general hardware. I regularly work alongside field technicians to ensure seamless integration between physical security systems and digital infrastructure.I hold industry-recognized certifications including CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and CySA+, as well as NRF Customer Service and Retail Fundamentals. These credentials, paired with hands-on experience, enable me to deliver secure, efficient, and scalable solutions. I’m confident in diagnosing and resolving a wide range of IT issues—whether it’s setting up and securing a network, replacing and configuring hardware, or managing system performance.In addition to my professional experience, I completed IT-focused coursework at Butler Tech Career Center, which gave me a solid technical base and introduced me to real-world problem-solving scenarios. I also gained early freelance experience providing IT support to individual clients, reinforcing my ability to communicate clearly and deliver dependable service under pressure.What sets me apart is my ability to adapt quickly, think logically, and stay calm when solving complex problems.
