Led the outsourcing of Spark NZ’s billing functions to Solla Sollew Pty Ltd, managing end-to-end operations and vendor relationships. Key responsibilities included: Billing Operations & Vendor Management• Oversaw production and test environments, along with the full development and upgrade lifecycle.• Managed all Spark NZ vendors related to billing, including AAPT, CSG, Telstra, and Spark NZ (formerly Telecom NZ). Billing Analysis & Customer Care• Acted as the first point of contact for customer billing and fulfilment enquiries.• Led customer-facing billing operations, ensuring bill run quality control. Data Migration & Platform Implementation• Project managed the migration from Singleview to the Selcomm Billing Platform.• Developed and executed migration, deployment, and testing strategies.• Configured and tested the Selcomm Billing Platform to ensure seamless integration.• Led the implementation of the Singleview archiving project. Customer Transition & Revenue Assurance• Managed the end-to-end transition of customers to Telstra.• Implemented cost and revenue assurance processes, recovering approximately $1.5M over two years.• Developed ongoing strategic processes to strengthen carrier cost assurance.This role required a strategic mix of project management, vendor coordination, billing expertise, and financial oversight, ensuring operational efficiency and revenue optimisation
