As Service Delivery Manager, high level Customer service is my top priority. I work in partnership with AVISPL\'s ‘around the sun’ Global Service Operations teams to ensure all contracted services are delivered regionally in accordance with agreed expectations and SLAs. Provide oversight of AVISPL onsite resources performing break/fix and event support services.Partner with Global Service Operations leadership team, UCC Engineering and AV project teams to assure maximum cooperation and alignment for service delivery.Support sales activities by understanding current customer needs and expected outcomes.Collect, analyze and operationalize data from available sources including monitoring and management tools, ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow), internal and customer teams. Work with product teams on Root Cause Analysis of customer service issues. Drive and report on resulting corrective actions to organizational and customer teams.Work in cooperation with team members towards a cohesive set of strategic objectives and maintain efficient timelines in the completion of tasks.Leverage existing Company systems to provide solutions to the business.
