Passionate about telecommunications since the early days of my career as a radio engineer in the mobile operator industry, I have always been driven by the transformative power of technology. Witnessing the introduction of 3G and subsequent advancements in mobile broadband was truly awesome as I observed how it changed people\'s lives. Eager to be at the forefront of technological innovation, I transitioned to working for a vendor and started my journey with Ericsson.As the industry progressed into the era of 4G and 5G, I found myself embracing new opportunities and challenges. Transitioning from a technical role to sales, and later to executive, I sought to expand my knowledge by pursuing additional education in business and finance. Throughout these transitions, my focus remained unchanged: customer and people. Guided by core values of respect, perseverance, professionalism, and integrity, I believe that every challenge presents an opportunity, and every change opens new horizons.At my current career stage, I am happy to embark on a new challenge in developing the Cloud RAN business in MANA.
