ABOUT ERIN PILON

As a Senior Manager, Operations and Site Lead at L3Harris Technologies, I have over 15 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, delivering advanced solutions for government and commercial customers. I hold an Executive MBA from Athabasca University, a PMP certification, and a Lean Master Black Belt from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. I oversee the maintenance operations and performance of the CC-150 contract, which provides air-to-air refueling and transport services for the Canadian Forces. I also led the continuous improvement initiatives across the Electro Optical Sector, driving operational excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Previously, I served as the Acting Operations Director of the WESCAM Division, where I managed the production, quality, engineering, and supply chain functions for the high-end electro-optical and infrared systems. I am passionate about delivering innovative and reliable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers, partners, and stakeholders. I am also committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and diversity within my team and organization. I believe that by leveraging my skills, experience, and education, I can contribute to the growth and success of L3Harris and its mission to provide world-class technology and service.
