Responsible for the consolidation of two Concur instances to one to support the merger of two large Defense Contractors. Ensured Audit and Regulatory Compliance obligations and initiatives were implemented and led efficiency scoping to deliver positive user experience. Strategic Initiatives and Accomplishments User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – Test script writing for all business units to utilize during testing and analysis in test environment. Successfully spearheaded the initial validation for UAT and general ledger sign offs from the businesses which including meeting all deadlines and implementation go live dates. Gathering and dissecting of all corporate travel card holders coupled with several other Excel spreadsheets to perform Vlookups and obtain the final sheet with all current and accurate users to load into new integrated test system. Identified more than 200 audit rules to deactivate prior to creating and consolidating in test environment and reducing amount of audit flags visible to end-user • Project scoping and implementation of two Concur occurrences into one centralized and instance as part of merger restructuring and technology alignments.• Spearheaded UAT testing to include; test script development, validation testing, rework scheduling, and documentation.• Improved efficiencies through decommission of more than false flag 200 audit rules impeding the user experience and increasing user productivity as a result.• Aggregated and validated all Travel \\Expense Credit Cards for both L3 and Harris companies returning an accurate Master List of more than accounts which were then integrated into the Travel and Expense systems saving significant hours on testing plan.• Achieved 100% success for all implementations, milestones and deadlines.• Led all communication across various implementation teams and employee base providing snapshots of progress, next steps and go forward plans for deployment.
