Joan has extensive experience in Program Management, Quality Assurance and New Product Introduction. In her current role as Sr. Program Manager & Enterprise Lead, she is responsible for managing defense contracts for production & sustainment, provide Enterprise direction and growth strategy. Joan has experience in EVMS and have served as proposal manager for key pursuits. Joan has extended supervisory experience and commitment to her team which has helped her gain the trust of key players. She was nominated for the Managerial Excellence Award ‘23 and has received numerous prestigious recognitions (Presidents Town Hall Recognition ‘21, Presidents Town Hall Recognition ‘20, RISE Awards ‘20, Presidents Award ‘18, Employee of the Month, Employee Star Award, i.e) for her performance, responsibility and endless efforts to support and achieve business goals.
