CAPA Facilitator - Main activity: Responsible for assisting CAPA Owners to refine the problem description, conduct investigation, define root cause, action plan and effectiveness verification criteria in the CAPA process (Corrective Action and Preventive Action);Responsible for supporting the CRB process - presenting CAPA system metrics, preparing presentations and/or keeping minutes for CRB (CAPA Review Board) reviews;Responsible for organizing/participating in the CAPA Team Kickoffs process to share an overview of CAPA results, ensure the team understands what the criteria are for a successful CAPA, encouraging the use of process tools, quality tools and best practices;Attending CAPA team meetings to give advice on tools/approaches to be adopted to address CAPA deliverables, helps the team maintain awareness of interfaces with other processes/interfaces and customer and/or auditor point of view;Responsible for coaching and mentoring the CAPA Team during the CAPA process;Responsible for reviewing CAPA execution/registration ensures that CAPA quality standards are met for execution and documentation before CAPA can proceed to the next major step;Responsible for raising/directing concerns to the CAPA Owner and, if not already addressed, follows the appropriate escalation path (i.e: CAPA Sponsor, Management Representative);Responsible for communicating/realizing feedback from external reviewers to CAPA Owner/CAPA Team.Responsible for actively working with the CAPA Central Team (Philips Global) and the CAPA Community (Philips Global) to support continuous improvement efforts in the CAPA process.Coordinator of the Quality Multipliers Program, a group of approximately 60 Multipliers that aims to promote, engage, and monitor the QMS in all areas of Philips and continuous improvement through Kaizen Projects.
