ABOUT DANIELLE CADENA

L\'Chaim! 🥂I\'ve spent nearly two decades in sales and sales leadership - and yes, I\'ve got the metrics to show for it. President\'s Club. Peer-nominated values awards. Retention engines that actually retained people. Teams that hit their numbers and wanted to come back on Monday. But here\'s what I\'ve learned: none of that happens alone.Behind every dashboard win is a team that showed up. Behind every \"exceeds expectations\" is someone who believed in the mission - and believed someone believed in them. The accolades are nice. The people are the point.I learned this early. My younger sister was born with three holes in her heart, had open-heart surgery before her first birthday, and wasn\'t expected to live past ten. Doctors eventually diagnosed her with Cri du Chat syndrome - a rare chromosomal disorder. She didn\'t walk or talk until she was five. She\'s now an adult who has defied every limitation anyone ever placed on her.Watching her taught me what resilience actually looks like. It\'s not a buzzword on a slide deck. It\'s showing up, every single day, when the world isn\'t built for you.That\'s why I advocate for disabled adults in the workplace - a community that\'s still wildly underrepresented. It\'s why I care about building cultures where people feel seen, not just measured. And it\'s why I\'ll never stop believing that how we show up for each other matters more than any metric.I\'m a connector of people, brands, and purpose. I build teams that perform and feel like somewhere you belong. I ask a lot of questions because I\'m endlessly curious about what makes people tick. And when I\'m not working, you\'ll find me behind a camera, Uber-ing my three kids around, or stealing a cat nap when the chaos allows.Currently thriving at the intersection of leadership, impact, and human connection.Specialties:– Sales Leadership & Talent Development– Executive Communications & Content Strategy– Brand Management, Social Media & Visual Storytelling
