Advanced functional skills and implementation experience with Workday Human Capital Management, Talent & Performance Management and Compensation; Oracle Fusion HCM Talent and Compensation modules; PeopleSoft 8.8-9.2 Human Resources, Base Benefits, Manager/Employee Self-Service and Talent Management modules including Performance, Recruiting, Compensation and Career/Succession Planning modules- Proficient in the management of large system implementations which includes full life-cycle project management, from initial analysis of needs, to writing and evaluating Requests for Proposals, to vendor selection and vendor management (software, hardware, hosting, customization), to application design and solution architecture, to delivery to the end user. I have also implemented innovative systems solutions that have included Global rollouts of PeopleSoft and other HR Systems; Employee Content Management Portals; Cognos Business Intelligence systems; Library Automation; and Corporate eMail, Network and Desktop systems.
