Integrate all major operating functions of the business — ensure everyone is working together effectively and efficiently and have eyes on all the things - Set up and optimize new systems and processes for organizational efficiency and ensure that everyone is truly following, and adhering to, the company’s core processes and operating system with consistency - Help break down organizational goals into manageable strategies and tasks + organize and deploy the proper players to execute. Ensure we’re meeting or exceeding planned organizational objectives- Lead, guide, monitor, contribute and assist in execution of organizational projects - Assist Executive Team with various administrative / operational tasks as needed - Provide Product Team project management (timelines, tasks, key team members etc.)- Provide custom VIP client project management (invoicing, Asana-ing, etc.)- Work with Marketing Team and Events Producer on conference booths, sponsorships, etc.
