o Operate Production quality Audio/Visual, video conference and computing equipment for educational courses and special events, including set up, configuration, and recording.o Collaborate with marketing, sales, professional affairs, and other stakeholders to organize all event aspects including travel, hotel, print materials, room layout, catering/refreshments, off-site dinners/activities, and vendor communications.o Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop Academy calendar and booking requests.o Collaborate with sales, professional affairs and marketing to implement commercial strategy for ensuring successful events for customers that drive growth.o Coordinate with marketing, sales, and professional affairs to obtain strategic goals to drive success.o Managing event communications plan and build-out event planning processes for each event. o Source and negotiate with vendors to meet company demands while maintaining the budget.o Plan, organize and execute all event logistics including event registration, travel logistics, banquet services, A/V, electrical, rigging, etc. as well as coordinate, develop and ship event marketing materials to promote company products.o Responsible for developing and managing events budget to ensure maximum brand exposure throughout the fiscal year, while continually monitoring and adjusting spend to meet budget.o Work within a budget for each event, create measurement indicators for success at each event and provide recommendations to management for future event participation decisions. o Track and maintain event reporting documentation for future budget cycles, logistics budget summaries for post comprehensive event reporting.o Onsite event management, directing vendors, communicating with customers to guarantee overall satisfaction and ensure the event runs smoothly.o Play a key role in creating memorable experiences for attendees, fostering positive brand perception, and achieving the event\'s goals.
