As part of a small, dynamic team established in June 2023, I hold a role as a thought leader and change agent, driving strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing our organisational culture for everyone\'s benefit. In a recent focus on pay equity, I facilitated discussions across different levels within the organisation, collecting insights on existing pay gaps and co-creating strategies to rectify them.Our team has successfully implemented the Gallup Q12+ employee engagement survey. Personally, I am facilitating high-level “state of the team” conversations to influence action plans. Simultaneously, I am establishing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) structures that will drive ESR’s strategy in this sphere.Additionally, I find fulfilment in one-on-one coaching, particularly in leadership and team initiatives. This feeds into our collaborative efforts in developing a bespoke Leadership Development Programme (LDP) within ESR.
