I’ve spent nearly three decades in the insurance industry, with a career focused on supplemental insurance, Medicare, life insurance, and insurance agent distribution. I currently serve as Chief Operating Officer at Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company, where I’m entering my 22nd year with the organization.Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with and led cross-functional teams which have supported product development, compliance, marketing, distribution strategies, and long-term operational planning in a complex and competitive insurance environment.At Guarantee Trust, I progressed through leadership roles of increasing scope—from Regional Sales Manager to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Chief Marketing Officer, and now Chief Operating Officer—with expanded responsibility across sales, marketing, product, technology, and enterprise operations.I’ve helped drive consistent premium growth that has outpaced market and competitor trends, while maintaining a strong focus on agent and agency relationships and long-term policyholder value. I’ve also overseen technology modernization initiatives to support scalable growth and evolving agent and policyholder expectations.I have been a member of Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company’s Executive Committee for more than 15 years.
