I am a Managing Director and Principal Project Director with more than three decades of experience delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary energy and transmission infrastructure projects across the western United States. My work centers on helping utilities, developers, and public‑sector energy agencies move high‑voltage transmission and generation‑tie projects from concept to construction—on schedule, within regulatory requirements, and with reduced execution risk.I specialize in federal and state permitting, NEPA/CEQA compliance, and environmental strategy for linear infrastructure in highly constrained biological, cultural, and regulatory landscapes. My background includes extensive work with sensitive species, habitat conservation, and large‑scale environmental planning on public lands managed by the Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, and U.S. Forest Service, as well as complex private‑lands entitlement pathways.Across CA, NV, UT, AZ, WY, and TX, I’ve led teams delivering major transmission line, substation, and renewable‑energy infrastructure projects with diverse engineering, environmental, and jurisdictional challenges.
