About Andrew Robinson
As the Vice President of Field Lab Operations at TAG, I\'m responsible for the strategic leadership of the removable prosthetic organization across the Aspen Dental brand which includes the communication of the strategy and performance to our Executive Leadership Team. Also responsible for the the innovation, implementation and operations of the lab technician program including quality oversight, training programs and performance initiatives.Prior to this, I spent 15 years in field operations at Aspen Dental; as the Division Vice President at TAG, I led a team of professionals managing strategic partnerships with local Practice Owners as well as leading day to day operations across 130 Aspen Dental branded practices while overseeing the entire Aspen Dental brands De Novo operations. With 5 years of experience in this role, I have successfully implemented strategic initiatives that have improved efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. My expertise lies in operations management, performance management, and leadership. I am passionate about creating a culture of excellence and innovation within my team, and I am always looking for new ways to enhance our operations and deliver value to our customers.A graduate of the University at Buffalo with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration I also am a certified attendee of the Center of Creative Leadership\'s \'Looking Glass\' program and Decker Communications \'Communicating for Influence\' program.
