Implementation Partner: CognizantResponsibilities:• Responsible for handling different requirements from US and Canada based clients on daily basis.• Mainly worked on C2C/W2 and also focused on Fulltime opportunities.• Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the job description of the client through Internal database, job portals like Dice, Monster, Carrier builder.• Talking to the candidates and taking initial phone screening to understand their competencies & skill sets.• Confirming/negotiating hourly rate with employers and consultants to match company margin goals.• Formatting resumes as per clients specifications before submission.• Scheduled interviews with candidates as initiated by Customer and follow-up after in-interviews to receive feedback of interview and commitment to accept position, when offered.• Co-ordination with Customer and Employer from day one and constant monitoring till the consultant is at the client place.• Monthly/Weekly reports about the status of the candidates short-listed, selected, offered and likely joiners.
