   I report to the Chair at Persistent Foundation and Board Persistent Foundation. A key member of the Environment, Sustainability, and Governance Program (ESG Group) at Persistent. I handle a team of 6 members and am responsible for project management at 5 locations. I have represented Persistent Systems on various National and International CSR platforms.Under my tenure, the organization has won two prestigious awards in the field of CRS from Maharastra Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA) and another award from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).Project management- As Lead I am responsible for identifying new projects, defining, implementation plan, budgeting, monitoring evaluation and impact assessments. Networking and capacity building of NGO’s is a crucial part of existing role. Has developed SOPs for partner selection, project management and metrics to track output-outcome-impact of every project. Communication and branding - A major component of the role, in which I closely work with marketing team and internal communication team. This includes working on internal communication highlighting CSR achievements, updating social media handle and website management. I worked on the existing website and has made it vibrant along with the marketing team, which is in sync with Company website. Working with Board and CSR committee- Preparing Board meeting presentations for Persistent System’s board as well as for Foundation Board, anchoring presentations in Foundation board meeting, working with corpesc and finance team for all compliances related to MCA and Charity Commissioner. Lead digitizing the CSR platform and streamlining processes such as - partner selection through due diligence process, program designing, monitoring, developing, and maintaining the MISIncreased employee engagement by 20% in all the ongoing CSR programs
