SubTrack digitizes Time & Materials ticket tracking for construction contractors. We replace the paper LEMs and broken Excel templates that foremen, PMs, and site supervisors deal with every day on T&M projects.I started SubTrack after a decade of managing T&M construction work in Western Canada\'s oil & gas, midstream, earthworks, and land clearing sectors. I have run crews on pipeline brushing and mechanized clearing, managed projects for TC Energy, CNRL, Keyera, and Pembina Pipeline, and pushed over $65M through from estimate to closeout. Every one of those projects ran on LEMs. Most of them ran on paper, Excel, and email threads that lost half the signed copies.
