I’m Matthew Swezey, co-founder at SubTrack, and a full-stack engineer who enjoys turning messy, real-world problems into scalable software. Over 13+ years, I’ve built and led across startups and enterprises, shipping systems in Python, Java, C#, TypeScript, Solidity, and cloud infrastructure.My foundation came from consulting at CGI, where I moved quickly from support work into greenfield builds and cross-team technical leadership. At Source 360, I expanded into.NET, C#, and AEM, learning how to deliver for diverse clients while building trust with both technical and non-technical partners.I later co-founded Pactum IO to make smart contract development safer and more accessible, securing millions of dollars in crypto assets during the early days of the blockchain surge. After that, I returned to product engineering at HotSchedules and Upside, where I led development of merchant-facing platforms, including a multi-vertical dashboard built from scratch.These days, my focus is on production-ready systems, strong engineering practices, and teams that ship.
