Experienced Mortgage Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Helping with Product Development, leading as the Product Owner for my department to implement changes needed or requested for improvement or necessity. Business knowledge during technical implementations to processes, updates and revisions. LOS and POS knowledge and experience to ensure the outcome of AI or digital enhancements are incorporated to the users and team members. Developmental delivery to all impacted departments and leaders to explain the organizational and strategic planning, process and execution roadmap. Ensuring proper updates are provided frequently with BETA testing, test scripts, instances both test and live and expected deliver date to users. Acting as the business relationship liaison for the desired ask that is being worked on, is imperative to the success of my organization. Ensuring all departments are aware of timelines, expectations and deliverables are the keys to ensuring a successful project or product implementation. Understanding the importance of each request and project is important in setting proper expectations and scaling the priorities to the right designation of importance. Understanding the workflow and processes it will take to reach success and ensuring discussions for a readiness plan and planning are conducted, tested and go-live deadlines are achievable. Quality in all aspects of any task are imperative to operational overhead and overall costs but also our reputation. Ensuring a quality product is delivered once completed is not an option it\'s a requirement. That is why it\'s so important to cultivate the relationships with my peers and product partners to ensure we work as one for the common goal to achieve success. Aligning our vision and path from the very beginning is extremely valuable and part of the steps taken during planning sessions. Agile scaling and grooming is done frequently during any given project to ensure timely delivery or if any setbacks are identified, communication and problem solving for a solution is determined. With years spent in mortgage, production, sales, management, training, coaching, all that experience is what has prepared me for this endeavor. Building a foundation of trust and relationships that truly resonate teamwork is the center of building a successful organization that leads by example and drives change as the center of its core. Change is inevitable. I am a firm believer that you can be a champion for change and embrace it.
