The Chief Security and Integrity Officer’s leadership responsibilities require him to; plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise the operations and activities for the security and safety of the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA), its employees and customers; while protecting departmental assets, confidentiality and integrity of the organization, by conducting or coordinating internal investigations, internal processes, system audits and contractual compliance. The Chief develops and implements policies and procedures, oversees budget administration, organizes tasks and sets priorities that involve a high level of independent judgment, initiative and discretion.I keep an active speaking engagement schedule and have spoken for Ann Arbor Schools, Rochester Schools, Pontiac Schools, Oakland University, Utica Schools, Consumer’s Energy, Scotland Yard Metropolitan Police, London, England, South Wales Police,Cardiff, South Wales; and numerous other Law Enforcement Agencies on such topics as Drug Awareness Resistance Education, Gang Awareness, School Safety, Cultural Diversity, Personal Safety, Organizational Behavior, Ethics, and Officer Safety.I am also involved in my Church as the Pastor of Outreach Ministries of the Apostolic Church in Auburn Hills, Mi.Specialties: Community & Public Relations,Strategic & Tactical Planning,Concurrent Management of Multiple Programs & Initiatives,Domestic Preparedness,Collaborating with Federal Agencies,Interacting with Multi-Level Elected Officials,State-of-the Art Law Enforcement Related Technologies,Cross-Cultural Communication & Diversity Issues,Managing Multi-Million Dollar Budgets,Community Policing, Leading Operations and Administration,Training Program Development & Execution,Best Practices,Management Team Building
