Leading the EMEA Actuarial team (130 people) wherein I am responsible for all Actuarial deliverables from India Office, covering Solvency II & ORSA Reporting, US GAAP reporting, VNB, IFRS 17, LDTI, Experience Studies and Product Peer Review. Prior to taking up this role, I led the Actuarial Modelling Team for Europe (April 2021 - Oct. 2021) wherein I was responsible for all Prophet model developments, Quality Assurance of models, Production activities for EMEA countries, this covers all basis SII, ORSA, US GAAP, VNB, EV. Prior to this, I led the US GAAP & Statutory Valuation Team for EMEA countries wherein I was responsible for monthly / Quarterly valuation of liabilities, I/s and B/s sign off and the associated reporting activities and regulatory / audit requirements. Here, I was also responsible for setting up the team in India and for transitioning the work from Ireland to India.
