As the Regional Training Manager (RTM) at Belstar Microfinance Limited, working in collaboration with Hand in Hand Academy, I am responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs that support both organizational goals and individual professional growth.My primary responsibilities include:Onboarding New Joiners: I lead structured Common Induction Training (CIT) sessions to introduce new employees to Belstar\'s mission, core values, regulatory guidelines (RBI/MFIN), products, and operational processes. This ensures a smooth transition and foundational understanding for field readiness.Skill Enhancement for Existing Staff: I identify skill gaps through regular performance assessments and feedback, and develop need-based training modules. These modules focus on improving field efficiency, product knowledge, digital tools usage, and customer relationship management.Branch Refresh Training (BRT): I conduct periodic refresher training at branches to reinforce compliance protocols, updated credit policies, customer service standards, and risk mitigation practices.Field-Oriented Practical Training: I believe in hands-on learning and therefore integrate on-the-job mentoring and live field demonstrations. This ensures real-world exposure to customer interaction, group formation, loan disbursement, and collection procedures.
