Goal: To create 10 million jobs by 2025Key Responsibilities:Leading CSR initiatives of Belstar Microfinance in Madhya Pradesh, working closely with State Head, Regional Managers, Branch Managers, and field teams.Developing and reviewing the State-level Strategic Plan aligned with the organizational vision \"Job Creation 2025\".Coordinating annual planning & budgeting, ensuring optimal utilization of funds as per financial guidelines.Preparing and disseminating program reports, case studies, and impact stories to government officials and Head Office.Conducting regular field visits to monitor implementation, assess impact, and resolve challenges.Ensuring program visibility through data-driven reporting, high-quality MIS, and quarterly submissions to HO.Capacity building of field staff to align with program goals, methodologies, and annual targets.Coordinating with State CGM for all data-related requirements and compliance reporting.
