Working closely with AM and CDM on a daily basis to ensure all directives and expectations are clear. • Making sure that documents such as our daily priorities are always clean and up-to-date.• Consistently documenting the information we receive from our clients and candidates in our ATS. • Uploading, editing as needed, and assigning all new job orders through our ATS. • Keeping all information up to date at all times.• Making sure build files of feedback, client information and any other materials deemed appropriate and keeping them up to date for the client teams to utilize.• Handling any administrative needs for interview coordination.• Checking in daily with the recruiters who are working on assigned client positions to get updates on searches and communicating back to the client POC when necessary. • Keeping all important client information and login tools noted into the main client page in our ATS. • Consistently update notes and details as needed.• Tracking all feedback and consistencies so that the delivery teams are able to blueprint- assist where needed.• Working closely and communicate effectively with Executive Management, Recruiting Leadership, and Account Manager Leadership. • Raising any account concerns, issues and suggestions in a proactive manner to management to help the leadership team take appropriate action to best service our clients as well as working in the best interest of Harvey Nash.• Assisting in communicating with assigned clients when needed for items such as: interview coordination, extension updates/information, certain onboarding tasks, and other administrative functions.
