Working with customer to provide operational management across multiple service lines ensuring appropriate governance is applied to met the contracted terms.Working with other account managers and delivery teams to (re)define, design and costingnew and existing service offerings.Particiaping in, developing, reviewing and finalising project transition and acceptance into operational support.Assisting with and ensuring the right qualified people are in place to meet program or project goals.Establishing a trusted business relationship including problem reporting, process improvement, escalation and resolution processes.Acting as the integration point between customer, members of Datacom delivery and service teams and key support vendors to ensure solutions delivered meet the customer’s business needs and challenges
