I am a Service Delivery Manager working from NSW on the GovNext ICT Programme for Western Australia.We provide support for a large number of Government Agencies within the region of Western Australia. Internally I support various business units from Sales, Projects, Procurement and Finance teams.I enjoy the interactions between my colleagues, Agencies, and Subcontractors to ensure the success of projects as well as ensuring ongoing IT services to ensure Agencies are able to keep on working in these uncertain times.I ensure the complete and accurate information of sales responses, orders, issues, assets, invoicing and monthly reports to both State Government and Government agencies. I complete incident management, orders, reconciliation\'s and invoicing. I help Agencies with internal requirement of PO tracking.
