ABOUT TRYGVE VANG
Finding new and innovative ways of using technology to solve problems, and creating stuff that users find useful really makes me tick. I get excited by implementing data driven software, and I enjoy the whole process from extracting specs from stake holders, through modeling, to operationalizing the model in production. Additionally, I’m quite keen on using data to make informed decisions on how to further improve the software, to measure effect, and help with planning.Graduate of NTNU with a masters degree in computer science with focus on artificial intelligence. Currently working as a data scientist and developer at VG, part of Schibsted Media.Outside of work I enjoy reading (mainly science fiction and other fiction, but also non-fiction books about AGI and the future of humanity), spending time with family, friends, and my dog, and staying active.
