I am passionate about building and leading teams that work to solve complex problems, to gain efficiencies and to deliver outstanding results to stakeholders.My Navy and civilian positions have presented great opportunity and challenges with complex and diverse Teams, requiring innovation, inquisitive thought and adaptability. My roles have sharpened my skillsets, fostering the development of advanced Strategic, Operational and time critical, innovative results. Whether piloting a helicopter in the Persian Gulf on a recovery mission for a downed Aircrewman; leading, coordinating and launching a medical evacuation of a severely injured Marine from a warship at sea to a local hospital, leading an Operations Center Staff responsible for direct coordination and oversight of numerous global Command Centers, or working to refine the processes of the Department of Defense at the highest levels of leadership, the Strategic vision and alignment of professionals to milestones are what delivers optimal desired end-states! With over fifteen years of Operations, Program, and Team Management experience, I have a diverse background in multiple functional areas within high performing Organizations. I have demonstrated sustained excellence in the execution of complex tasking, under time/resource constraints, delivering results in alignment with company goals and desired end state. My roles have honed my Organizational management and Executive communication skills and fostered a refined Strategic decision-making acumen and a Customer focused drive. I am seasoned and passionate about leading and implementing Resource Management/Optimization, Cross-functional team coordination, Government Relations, Strategic Planning, Operations Management and Executive level briefing.
