I also monitored project budgets, validated timelines, and championed transparency across the business.Beyond project delivery, I actively identified new project opportunities, served as a Project Team Lead or member when required, and fostered a culture of innovation by challenging conventional thinking and encouraging creative solutions. My dedication to driving continuous improvement and inspiring creativity played a key role in Zenergi\'s success in meeting its strategic goals.Additionally, I was an active member of the Employee Engagement Forum, promoting company culture across the Southampton office.
