ABOUT THIAGO MÜLLER DE CARVALHO

Ever since I was a young child, numbers and memorizing things has been my passion. I still remember when I got a book with all of the country flags. I had to guess which country the flag belonged to and also the capital of each country. It was my favorite hobby at that time. A few year later when I was 6 years old I got a math book where I taught myself how to add. I challenged myself to stop using a book and started to calculate everything using the logic. As a teenager, I was determined that I would like to be a businessman in a role that would enable me to follow my passion and use my strengths.Today I have 13+ years of experience in Finance and IT Industry with Global and Regional responsibilities. During my career, I have had roles in different areas such as Fraud Prevention, Accounting, Special Pricing, Global Operations, Finance, Global Pricing and Business Transformation. In summary, my focus has been to help drive and support the Business to grow according to the business strategy. I am a person that thrives on helping team members. My main goal as an individual inside the Company is to build a solid career, have an innovative mindset, take on initiatives, collaborate and have a positive impact on the process while most importantly, following the Company’s Mission & Culture.I have graduated from a 2 year MBA-style development program sponsored by the companies CFO organization, which included rotating in four different areas of the Finance organization.Outside of work, I love to cook, exercise, travel, read Financial Investments books and like a real Brazilian support my soccer team.
