Oversee and operate specialty contracting company serving residential and commercial clients in construction, remodeling, and repair. Initially acted to leverage eleven years of industry expertise to launch company amidst 2020 pandemic to offset declines in other business interests. Demand realized for Cloverleaf\'s model of business has driven continual year-over-year growth facilitating projects in select residential, commercial and national facility accounts. Background and Philosophy: The 2020 pandemic introduced explosive demand and a \"spoiling\" of contracting companies, no longer having to earn business based on quality or merit. Meanwhile a dramatic surge of immigrant workers to the industry set forth a profound change in accountability and specialization. These market conditions have left a profound number of businesses and consumers ironically without timely and capable help to handle any sort of multi-faceted projects without having to vet and deal with a dozen or more contractors. The most simple and most appreciated value proposition among dozens of businesses I\'ve had the privilege to work with and/or operate belongs to Cloverleaf.\"We\'ll handle it, and we\'ll do so with an unmatched degree of professionalism\". The rest of the story tells itself.
