ABOUT TEUKU HENDRA SAPUTRA

Hendra is a Civil Engineer with over 14 years of experience in roles such as Civil & Structure, Project Control (Planning | Cost Control), Project Management Office (PMO), QAQC Engineer/Inspector, and Project Engineer. He has held senior supervisory and management positions, contributing to projects in Mining Facilities, Civil Construction, Power Plants, Oil & Gas, Production Plants, and Petrochemical sectors.His diverse industry experience includes working on Gold Mining projects (Poboya Gold Mine - PT. Citra Palu Minerals, Abong Gold Mine - PT Linge Mineral Resources, Kerta Gold Mine - PT SHS, Batu Hijau Gold Mine - PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara), Oil and Gas projects (PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia & Sungai Budi Group), and with construction contractors supporting Indonesia\'s Mining and Civil Construction industries.Hendra has gained extensive field experience, collaborating directly with project teams and management at mine sites, onshore drilling locations, and field offices. He began his career as a Civil Supervisor and Project Engineer (specializing in Civil and Geotechnical aspects) in mining and oil & gas companies. He later served as a Project Control Engineer at YASA Construction, a Grade 7 EPC Construction Company in Indonesia, and currently holds the position of Civil Construction & Structure Superintendent at PT Bumi Resources Minerals, Tbk.He possesses strong communication skills and a proven track record of completing projects on schedule while meeting technical specifications. Hendra excels in technical and non-technical problem-solving, mentoring, and demonstrating responsibility in challenging work environments.
