ABOUT BINANDARI NASHA TANIA

Nasha is an in-house legal counsel at PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk, a publicly listed mining company in Indonesia. With nearly 5 years of experiences in the company, she manages diverse legal matters, including capital market activities, corporate actions, large-scale mining projects, and daily operations. She earned her LL.M. from Melbourne Law School, The University of Melbourne, Australia through a full-ride scholarship from the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP) in 2025. She also previously completed her Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) at Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia with cum laude honors in 2019. During her time in Australia, Nasha interned at BlueScope Australia, a global steel manufacture company, where she worked as a Project Researcher and gained exposure to international business practices. Her professional and academic journey has shaped her into a practical, solution-driven legal professional with key interests in Legal Drafting, Corporate and Contract Law, Legal Due Diligence, Energy & Mining Law, and Negotiation.
