Responsible for project commercial solution and process operation. Guardian ofcontract quality. Develop and improve the Commercial & Negotiation capabilities ofthe Rep office, and fulfill responsibilities to support operations.• As the commercial and legal owner, pre-sales is responsible for the generation,review, risk identification, and assumption generation of commercial legalsolutions, and post-sales is responsible for the closure of commercial legal risks andassumptions.• Be responsible for the contract solution and overall text, read through the contract,lead the contract negotiation, incorporate the transaction into the customer-facingtext, and be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the text.• Take responsibility for revealing risks in contract clauses. The responsibility of C & Nis to disclose risks in contract clauses from bidding, decision-making, signing,handshake, and contract closure, and track and manage them, rather than justbeing responsible for a certain process.• Be responsible for the contractual fulfillment of the contract. Manage thefulfillment deviation, risk management, and assumptions according to the contract,and handle contract disputes, penalties, and changes.
