About Taylor Blanchard

Taylor is a technology and operations leader with extensive experience delivering complex programs across supply chain, automation, and enterprise technology. At Chick-fil-A Supply, he leads the end-to-end technology implementation program for new cold-storage distribution and production facilities—overseeing strategy, solution design, execution, and operational readiness across enterprise systems, OT and IT networks, ASRS automation, cloud platforms, and end-user technologies. He works closely with operations, engineering, construction, and technology leadership to standardize and scale technology across the Supply network. His responsibilities include cross-functional governance, vendor and budget management, executive communication, and supporting the organization’s growing business continuity and resiliency efforts.Prior to Chick-fil-A, Taylor served as a Manager in EY’s Technology Transformation practice, where he led initiatives in operating model design, digital transformation, automation, technology financial management, and complex program delivery.Outside of work, Taylor enjoys motorsports, performance driving, travel, and time with his family.
