My professional story is one of continuous growth, guided by a passion for understanding and connecting with people. I started on the retail floor at Bath & Body Works and Dillard\'s, where I learned the fundamentals of customer engagement. Later, my time as a cook at the Hospital of Providence, fueled by college-level culinary arts training, honed my discipline and ability to thrive under pressure.This combination of frontline experience and adaptability is the foundation of my career. At Dish Network and Spectrum, I developed robust skills in sales, customer retention, and management. My pursuit of certifications—including Small Business Management from EPCC and HR Essentials from Cornell University—demonstrates my commitment to formal education and strategic business principles. This formal training was instrumental in my transition into Talent Acquisition. Today, I combine my deep understanding of the customer journey with my expertise in business operations and core HR principles. This holistic perspective allows me to effectively recruit and build high-performing teams, ensuring that the right talent is in place to drive organizational success.
