Tammy Vazquez, is a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Tammy finds it rewarding working with adolescents and young adults experiencing eating disorders and unhealthy relationships with food. She believes helping clients develop a strong sense of mindfulness, positive self talk, grounding, self-love/healthy self-esteem and healthy coping skills is essential in everyone\'s life. Tammy earned a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lynn University and is licensed in the state of Florida. Tammy will become a Qualified Supervisor in Florida in March 2026.
