Role: Managing multiple complex initiatives for the Wealth Management Platform of BT Financial Group - WestpacAchievements: •Spearheaded the seamless migration of over 150K clients and $56B FUA from legacy Wealth Management Platform BT Wrap to Panorama. Followed by archival of data and decommission the legacy system.•Led the launch of BT Panorama\'s Bulk Reporting capabilities that enhanced the user journey and experience by creating an intuitive interface for advisers and dealer groups.•Efficiently managed the separation of BT’s personal advice business within tight timelines, ensuring a seamless transition.•Successfully removed the Grandfathered payments from BT Advise and launched BT Open Services. Fostering a transparent and cost-effective advisory platform.•Implementation of ASIC’s RG-97 legislation under tight timelines. Responsibility: Project Initiation: Conduct preliminary discovery to define project scope, objectives, and constraints. Perform stakeholder analysis & create project charter.Project Planning: Provide high-level estimation for scope, schedule, and cost. Create realistic project & release plans, resourcing requirements and roles & responsibility. Execution & Control:•Lead & motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives within tight time, budget and ensuring quality.•Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks. Remove impediments for team to focus on value delivery.•Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular status updates.•Efficient change control processes to manage evolving project requirements.•Monitor and control project budgets, implementing cost-saving measures.•For Agile projects: Manage and refine product backlog, Lead Agile ceremonies- Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retros.Implementation & Closure: Comprehensive implementation plan, run sheet, and rollback strategy. Conduct user training, handover to BAU, realise benefits & document lessons learnt.
