Provide operational management of technical aspects of service delivery for assigned key clients with global contracts and focus on delivering value to Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance customers by meeting objectives and compliance with the procedures and accreditation guidelines for certification.Key Contributions:• Serve as primary point of contact with key clients regarding all technical aspects of the business relationship. This includes guidance on assessment schemes, assessor performance, technical review, and reporting. • Perform assessments, propose specialist solutions and training to key clients, within agreed budget and contractual requirements.• Assist key clients in the development of customized 2nd party auditing schemes and reporting processes. Responsible for the development and effective implementation of 2nd party technical review processes.• Develop standardized working methods, tools and templates for managing key clients across multiple food and drink categories. Share information and best practices within the organization by training, support and facilitating of both office-based and field force colleagues and Assessor Managers to achieve effective knowledge transfer and application.• Oversee the induction of new key account specific Assessors. Review Assessor competencies for specific industry/business sectors and recommend authorization to an appropriate Resource Authorizer.• Assist clients with internal standard harmonization, development of internal standards, development of auditing protocols and reporting tools via benchmarking and client workshops.
