Integrated real-time audio streaming for low latency 900ms. Interaction and extended functionality to Twilio live calling. Developed intelligent agents backed by CRM tools via MCP to handle tasks such as creating / editing lead details, sending email notifications, and checking bank balances in Langgraph.2. Developed a meeting analysis dashboard to leverage 3D-Speaker and Whisper for speech diarization and transcription, outperforming Deepgram Nova-3. Utilized Ollama to run LLaMA 3.2-3B 4-bit for deriving next actions, generating automatic reminder emails, analyzing engagement, and performing sentiment analysis. Scaled Whisper on GPUs.3. RAG Systems with Milvus integrated with agentic ecosystem and consuming data from N8N. Open telemetry implementation for logs, tracking and metrics of the application in runtime on Kibana backend and Grafana.
