Product Vision, Strategy, and Ownership-Define and own the product vision and strategic roadmap for core patient-facing digital health solutions, driving platform scalability and long-term investment-Champion product strategy and vision to internal teams, executive management, and clients, ensuring organizational alignment across the global digital trial portfolio-Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to develop, deliver, and maintain robust patient engagement and data capture capabilities.End-to-End Mobile and Web Patient Experience -Oversee the entire patient experience (mobile and web), partnering with device provisioning, focusing on management, app onboarding, and ongoing in-app experience for all trial participants-Optimize mobile and web application design to improve data quality, increase patient compliance, and reduce technical burdens in decentralized clinical trials (DCTs)-Resolve critical technical and UX challenges related to offline data synchronization, device setup, and API failure modes to maintain data integrity and minimize patient attrition-Manage the lifecycle and experience of all patient-utilized mobile devices used for electronic data capture (e.g, eCOA, eConsent, sensors).Cross-Functional Leadership and Execution-Partner with engineering leadership to plan, track, and drive execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of platform enhancements within agile frameworks-Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams and all internal stakeholders (e.g, Clinical Operations, Data Management) and users, facilitating the successful release of solutions-Represent the Digital Health Product team internally, building essential cross-functional relationships and supporting colleagues in the effective adoption of our technology.
