ABOUT DAVID J. FRY
David Fry has been known for setting the \"PACE\"(Promoting the Positive, Accommodating Access, Committing to Change, and Exceeding Expectations.) He advances his consulting clients by bringing 35+ years of practical and professional experience to the table and shares his perspective regularly in the Inside Edge a newsletter of Inside Indiana Business. David has exceeded fundraising and capital campaign goals, provided motivational presentations, inspired teams in management, customer service, community development, communications, sales, and marketing. For nonprofits he\'s guided strategic planning, developed leadership, improved board governance, increased volunteerism, turned around special events, and brought efficiency to website management. He brings a unique perspective as a Certified DISC Trainer working with boards and management teams. In his role, David offers a consultative process which helps identify the areas where your business and/or not for profit organization can be more effective or advance efforts that will strengthen the entity. Fry has been recognized as a new member of the Stephen Decatur Society by the Decatur County Community Foundation in 2020 and was twice (1995 and 2017) honored with the Greensburg/Decatur Chamber of Commerce Community Service Award, as a Paul Harris Fellow by the Greensburg Rotary Club, a Sesqui-Centennial Spirit of Greensburg Award, Volunteer of the Year by the Decatur County United Fund and the Indiana Association of United Ways.
