About Steve Bodall

I am an experienced Information Technology Executive with demonstrated results leading global teams in a variety of diverse IT Governance and Cybersecurity initiatives. I am known as an inclusive leader and builder of strong, diverse IT teams. My expertise includes managing large IT Investment Portfolios, creating and running Enterprise PMO and integrating Agile and Scrum into legacy PMO processes. The resulting pragmatic and streamlined solutions ultimately created added value for the business that reflect the strategic objectives of the business. I have done extensive work in IT Divestitures, Cybersecurity, Policy Development and Regulatory Compliance. I have also implemented software governance strategies that saved the business millions of dollars yearly in software reuse while assuring a culture of compliance. I have built on my technical foundation with experience developing and executing new enterprise-wide programs in a highly regulated environment. I\'ve also done extensive work in Policy Development and Regulatory Compliance. I have managed responses to regulatory exams from global regulators and have experience meeting with, and presenting exam responses to those regulators. I have managed change on a massive scale developing and implementing a program office to control the $200 billion GE Capital divestiture. I continue to utilize my Six Sigma Master Blackbelt training that I acquired as a IT Quality Leader. This data based approach to process improvement, combined with lean techniques, have served me well throughout the later parts of my career. Along with a Master of Business Administration from The University of Connecticut School of Business, I have the tools and experience at my disposal to tackle the most challenging assignments.

   Program and Project Manager for a wide variety of Cybersecurity Initiatives.• As Program Manager for Carrier Separation from UTC, worked hand in hand with the acting CISO to develop comprehensive plans to build a Cybersecurity function for Carrier in its entirety. Developed master separation project plan. Served as acting CISO’s Chief of Staff. Led initiative to plan and select a full suite of Cybersecurity tools for Carrier.• Project Manager - Active Directory (AD). Developed project plans for this highly accelerated project. Successfully lead team through heritage UTC Passport and heritage Raytheon Gate processes. Delivered new Raytheon Technologies AD in support of high priority collaboration initiative required for company integration. Completed phase 1, on-time and within 12 weeks
