Leading a team with 85 stakeholders, identifying circa.$22m in annual benefits in operational and continuous improvement initiatives/programs.• Public sector: Pre-Sales Engagement, co-led a ~$6m opportunity to deliver the implementation & operationalisation of a new CRM. Optimising and improving the way the client serves its customers. • Telecommunication sector: Doubled the revenue for Salesforce whilst delivering the client’s Enterprise and Government Operational and Sales platform uplift. The program generated ~$4m of annual benefit/savings for the client.• APAC leader to standardise and maintain Program and Project Delivery Practice globally.
