In my role as a Learning & Organizational Development leader in the media industry, I design and deliver trainings, keynotes, and coaching experiences that spark growth, clarity, and real connection.Before stepping into L & OD, I spent several years as a television photojournalist, capturing the moments and stories that resonate with local communities. That foundation in storytelling still shapes how I work today.
