With nearly 30 years of expertise, I am at the forefront of designing, building, and managing technical communication teams and projects, including instructional design, training, writing and consulting. I have managed, developed, and delivered training and documentation projects in a variety of industries including managing the development and delivery of worldwide training courses for Microsoft products and processes and the telecommunications and cable industriesI am a recognized authority in gamification, adult-learning theory, contextual communications, and curriculum development for both instructor-led and self-directed, computer-based learning. In addition to technical training and curriculum development, I drove the implementation of accessibility standards for Microsoft training materials.
